A company release stated that the opening “marks the beginning of Presto’s journey into franchising,” offering entrepreneurs the opportunity to bring made to order fare to their communities.

“We’re thrilled to announce our first licensed location in Mount Joy,” said in a statement. “The owners of this location have decades of experience in the franchising sector with the promise of 10 more stores from this group in the future.”

“This represents a major milestone in our mission to share the Presto experience with a wider audience. We’re confident that our innovative approach to fresh, restaurant-quality meals at a fast-food speed will resonate with customers in Mount Joy and beyond,” added Calderone.

“We’ve spent the last five years figuring out what works for Presto and what doesn’t,” said Calderone. “From store size and setup to service model and pricing, we’ve honed in on what can make Presto successful and we’re ready to duplicate this model moving forward with an experienced team in place to do so.”
