Campbell Commercial Partners completes five leases in Dauphin and Cumberland counties

Listen to this articleCampbell Commercial Partners, a commercial real estate company based in Lemoyne, announced in June the completion of five leases in Dauphin and Cumberland counties.
1. Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Harrisburg Area leased a nearly 3,000-square-foot space at 3605 Vartan Way in Harrisburg, which will serve as a new location for the organization.
2. Serhant Capital Hill PA LLC, a national residential brokerage firm, leased a 3,600-square-foot space at 4231 Trindle Road in Camp Hill. This location will serve as the business’ first office in Central Pennsylvania.
3. Manisha Gurung leased 3,200 square feet of warehouse space for an undisclosed purpose at 1591 S. 19th Street in Harrisburg. Campbell Commercial Partners represented the tenant.
4. TopTec Sales LLC leased 1,500 square feet at 1609 State Road in Duncannon for their printing business.
5. Dignified Home Care LLC leased a new office space of undisclosed size at 635 N. 12th Street in Lemoyne.
