North Cornwall Commons‘ third apartment building opened to residents on April 1.
To commemorate the opening, the staff at North Cornwall Commons Apartments (NCCA) and Byler Holdings LLC, the developer, will host a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Wednesday at 11 a.m. inside the lobby of the new apartment building.
Located at 114 Blackford Boulevard in Lebanon, the building consists of 129 units and features floor plans that include studio and 3-bedroom layouts. It also offers 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units, which are also available in the first two apartment buildings.
According to a release, North Cornwall Commons Apartments is the “first of its kind in Lebanon County, offering a total of 334 luxury apartments and unparalleled amenities for their residents.”
Amenities include a children’s play area, a yoga/barre/stretching room, and a cardio and weight room. North Cornwall Commons Apartments will also offer furnished apartments, subject to availability.
The NCCA apartment complex is in the North Cornwall Commons mixed-use community. The community offers a variety of retails shops, locally owned businesses, a hotel, and restaurants. The community clubhouse includes a kitchen and lounge area, swimming pool, billiards table, and golf simulator.
