Groundbreaking for Willow Valley’s Mosaic in Downtown Lancaster set for November

Willow Valley Communities said the for , its in , will be held in November. Completion of the building and the first resident move-ins are anticipated in 2029, according to a media release.

The announcement was made during a held Aug. 20 for current and people who have placed deposits on residences in Mosaic. A 20-story, 55+ , Mosaic is an expansion of Willow Valley Communities designed to appeal to active adults who seek the energy, culture, and convenience of downtown Lancaster, according to the media release.

Mosaic represents a bold new chapter, bringing together exceptional residences, vibrant cultural experiences, lifelong learning opportunities, and a focus on wellness and longevity, while fostering meaningful connections in the heart of Lancaster,” Hawthorn said in the media release.

“The Board remains fully committed to the vision of Mosaic and is excited by the progress being made as we move even closer to groundbreaking,” Gilbert added.

Based in Lancaster, Willow Valley Communities is home to nearly 2,600 residents across its 210-acre campus. It was established in 1984. Residents from 46 states and several countries call Willow Valley Communities home.
