NFIB encourages Pa. Small Business Saturday
Listen to this articleThe National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) is encouraging shoppers to support local small businesses this Small Business Saturday and throughout the holiday season.
Small Business Saturday will take place on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
“Small Business Saturday is a great opportunity to shop small and support Pennsylvania‘s small business community,” NFIB Pennsylvania State Director Greg Moreland said in a statement. “By shopping small, shoppers keep their hard-earned money in their local community and help bolster Pennsylvania’s economy. We encourage shoppers to visit their favorite local small businesses this weekend and throughout the holiday season.”
According to a release, NFIB’s October Small Business Economic Trends reported a net negative 13% of all small business owners (seasonally adjusted) and higher nominal sales in the past three months, down six points from September.
Pennsylvania’s small business advocacy organization, NFIB is nonprofit, nonpartisan, and member driven.
