Michael R. Wilson is president and CEO of Members First Federal Credit Union, the $8+ billion financial institution headquartered in Enola, PA. In this position, Wilson leads an organization of over 1,200 associates and 600,000+ members.
“Wilson is charged with the overall strategic direction of the organization, which is not an
uncommon task for someone in his role, but his main focus lies in maintaining the
