I collaborate with a team of highly skilled relationship managers dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our commercial banking clients,” McCarty said. “We work to exceed the clients’ needs while effectively managing the bank’s risk.”
Under McCarty’s leadership, the company engages in philanthropic activities, supporting community organizations and partnering with businesses to enhance brand awareness.
“My most significant achievement was leading the Eastern PA commercial team to become the top commercial team at Northwest Bank. I took pride in sharing our team’s efforts and successes to senior management,” McCarty said, noting three of the top four lenders at Northwest Bank were from Eastern PA. “This accomplishment has instilled confidence and built a foundation for them to further develop their abilities and advance their career. My success as a leader is to positively change the lives of those around me.”
