Brighton Village Shoppes, a retail complex at the northern edge of Manheim Township, sold for $5.985 million in late October, according to a deed filed in the Lancaster County Courthouse.
The sellers were Brighton Commercial LP and Brighton Village Center LP, of Lancaster, the deed said. TRUE Commercial Real Estate represented the sellers and continues to manage the property for the new owner.
The 23,332-square-foot center at 1170 and 1183 Erbs Quarry Road, across Fruitville Pike from Bent Creek Country Club, was purchased by Manheim Township-based Mary Realty LLC. More information on the buyer, who was represented by Naomi Brown, a senior adviser with SVN Latus Commercial Realty in Camp Hill, was unavailable.

Tenants in the fully leased retail center include CPRS Physical Therapy, Luxe Salon & Spa, DiMaria’s Pizza and financial advising firm Edward Jones.
