Boyd Wilson LLC, a Lancaster-based property management company, announced several key leadership changes, effective September 16.
Craig Gingrich, who previously served as the company’s CFO, has been elevated to president and CEO. In his new role, Gingrich will oversee day-to-day operations of the company and will serve on Boyd Wilson’s board of directors.
Lisa Delgado has been appointed executive vice president. She will continue her responsibilities as vice president of asset management and will also join the board of directors. A company press release indicates her strategic insights and deep industry knowledge will be invaluable to the company’s continued success.
Lisa Bushey has been named secretary of the company. She will maintain her role as vice president of property management and real estate broker while joining the board of directors. Her expertise in property management will be instrumental in driving the company’s growth.
Brian Hurter has been promoted to treasurer of the company. As controller, Hurter has demonstrated leadership in the accounting department and will now oversee all day-to-day operations in his new role. He will also join the board of directors.
Jaime Brossman has been appointed assistant secretary of the company. She will retain her title of accounting manager and will continue to contribute to the company’s financial success.
A company statement said these promotions reflect the company’s commitment to fostering internal growth and maintaining its strong position in the industry.
Frank Barrett, Laralee Bash, and Norris Boyd will remain active in all areas of development, growth, and major decisions. They will continue to serve as shareholders and board members, with Barrett serving as board chair.
