Keller Contracting begins demolition for new offices in Hershey

The York–based commercial contractor has begun demolition on an existing building to make way for a new, modern professional office facility being developed by Nagillum Properties. The project is expected to be completed in late summer 2026, pending final scheduling and weather conditions.
Located at 1106 Cocoa Avenue in Hershey, the new space will become home to Moffett Dental Center and Edward Jones. The project marks the start of a full redevelopment of the site, with Keller Contracting serving as the general contractor for both demolition and construction.
According to a release, the project started with Nagillum Properties owners Jeff Stover and Bill Moffett, along with their family members and project partners, trading traditional shovels in the dirt for sledgehammers to the interior walls, symbolizing the start of a complete transformation of the space.
“We’re excited to partner with Jeff and Bill to reimagine this property and deliver a building that truly fits the needs of their tenants and the community,” Keller Contracting Owner Chris Keller said in a statement. “From demolition through final finishes, our team is focused on quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and keeping the project moving efficiently so Moffett Dental Center and Edward Jones can open their doors on schedule.”
Financing for the project is provided by Members 1st Federal Credit Union. Thynk Design LLC is serving as the project architect.
The new building will be a complete rebuild of the current structure, designed to offer an updated environment for clients and patients, as well as improved functionality for the professionals who will work there, per the release.
