A new coworking space is coming to York.
SK Collaboration Space of York, the first black-woman owned center in York, will open Sept. 29 at 92 Theater Lane.
Owner Executive Coach Kashonna Marrow said the center is intended to foster innovation, creativity and professional connections.
A ribbon cutting will be held from noon to 1 p.m. Sept. 29.
“The SK Collaboration Space is more than just a workspace – it’s a hub for aspiring entrepreneurs, seasoned professionals and imaginative minds to converge and propel their visions forward,” Marrow said in a press release. “With a purpose to break barriers and stimulate growth, this space introduces an innovative approach that promotes not only cross-industry collaboration but also cross-culture and cross-generation interactions.”
Marrow said she envisions the space as a hub where purpose meets productivity.
“I am so excited about this space, as it is an outward expression of my heart. I designed this space for dreamers, creatives and innovators to step away from the noisiness of life, get focused and be a person of purpose,” she said.
The center offers private office space, creative space, conference rooms, a training and development area, and a media room.
