Eric Kunkle is president and CEO at Property Management Inc., a Camp Hill property management company working within residential, commercial, HOA and manufactured properties. Over his 16 years in this position, Kunkle aims to ensure the organization’s services exceed the expectations of its clients.
“Our company has four divisions managing all types of real estate including residential, commercial, retail, associations, manufactured housing, warehouse and medical,” Kunkle said. “Daily, I work alongside our leadership team to create culture training, trust and mutual respect for all our co-owners. It is critical that our entire team feels heard and supported.”
In 2020, Property Management Inc. formed an employee-owned company.
“Previously we were a tightly held private company. Over the past four years we have continued to develop a culture of ownership as opposed to an employer [and] employee relationship,” Kunkle said. “Our clients enjoy our ownership approach to management of their assets.”
