Brown Plus
Brown Plus is an accounting and advisory firm serving Central PA and Maryland. As principal and COO for Brown Plus, Deborah Bowman supervises the firm’s administrative, internal accounting, marketing, HR and IT teams and projects. Bowman has served in this position for 15 years.
“I proudly serve as a key member of the Brown Plus executive management team and spearhead many of the Firm’s special projects,” Bowman said. In addition to her daily responsibilities, Bowman participates in several internal committees, including the company’s strategic plan committee, cultural leadership team, wellness committee, fun committee and United Way campaign committee.
“In 2024, I was honored to have been promoted as the first ever principal at Brown Plus to be focused solely on operations and administration,” Bowman said. “I also served as a champion of our strategic plan and made many strides towards our goals, including piloting a new client service coordinator role; automating our engagement letter process; finalizing a formal disaster recovery plan; overseeing renovations to our Camp Hill office; and serving as a leader of the Brown Plus cultural leadership team.”
