Coronet Park Event Series announced for Downtown Harrisburg

The Event Series has been announced for Downtown .

Produced and curated by Sara Bozich in partnership with , the will brin free, outdoor events to a new downtown venue, including the UPMC Stage, from April through November 2026. According to a release, programming is designed to activate the park year-round with live music, pop-up experiences, and community-focused events.

Coronet Park, located on S. Second Street near , is being developed by on the site of the . The new park is designed as a flexible green space built to host small-scale events, live performances, and public gatherings.

The event lineup is aimed at creating new reasons for residents, workers, and visitors to gather downtown.

This year’s Coronet Park Event lineup is as follows:

  • April 22 – Earth Day Plant Swap
  • May 2 – Books & Brews featuring Jo Piazza’s Bookmobile and Stable Shakers Duo
  • May-September (Second Fridays) – Tiny Park Concert Series
  • June 3 – Yappy Hour with Greenlin Pet Resort
  • July 1 – Ice Cream Social
  • August 7 – Silent Disco with FunkBot Presents
  • Sept. 3 – Cigar Night with Lounge 611
  • Oct. 17 – Pop-Up Biergarten & Football Game Stream
  • Nov. 4 – Game Night in the Park

The series will serve as the park’s signature live music programming, bringing free outdoor concerts to the UPMC Stage on the second Friday of each month from May through September.

The concerts will feature regional artists in an intimate, pop-up park setting along with rotating food and beverage vendors.

  • June 12 – Meaghan Farrell
  • July 10 – Sons of Pitches
  • August 14 – Le Ghast
  • September 11 – RalphReal & The Family Jam
