Central Pa. Planet Fitness Clubs open community initiative during tournament season

A limited-time community initiative has been announced by National Fitness Partners (NFP), a Planet Fitness franchise division, at its Planet Fitness clubs throughout Central Pennsylvania.

According to a release, the initiative aligns with Planet Fitness’ national “Rebound & Recover” campaign, as participating clubs will provide free access to the Black Card Spa for Classic Card members and prospective members, encouraging the community to rest, recharge, and recover during one of the most high-energy sports seasons of the year.

“Offering access to our Black Card Spa is a simple way we can give back to the communities we call home,” Stephen Kindler, Jr., president and CEO of National Fitness Partners said in a statement. “We’re always looking for opportunities to make wellness more accessible, and this initiative gives more people a chance to relax, recharge and experience the Judgement Free Zone.”

Black Card Spa amenities include HydroMassage, massage chairs, and other recovery tools designed to support wellness and relaxation. Participating clubs will offer complimentary access through the conclusion of the college basketball tournament season in early April. This limited time offering allows individuals to experience the benefits of Planet Fitness at no cost or commitment.

While the national program includes a traveling mobile Black Card Spa in select cities, local clubs are bringing the experience to their communities for a limited time.
