Campbell Commercial Partners sells West Shady Lane Apartments in East Pennsboro for $6.6 million

Lemoyne-based commercial real estate firm Campbell Commercial Partners announced in June the completed sale of a multi-building investment property in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County for more than $6.6 million.
West Shady Lane Apartments is an eight-building complex located at 313 W. Shady Lane. It contains a total of 45 residential units split between 13 apartments and 32 townhouses. Situated adjacent to East Pennsboro High School, the complex began construction in 1985 and was completed by 2005. The previous owners added 10 three-story, three-bedroom townhouses. The real estate transaction also includes an adjoining 1.5-acre parcel located at 325 W. Shady Lane.
“This was a highly sought after property in a great location with considerable upside potential,” Jessica Gasper, partner at Campbell, said in a statement.
The transaction was facilitated by Art Campbell, broker and managing principal of the firm, alongside Gasper.
