Located at 845 Sir Thomas Court, the property is approximately 5,880 square feet. The lease will serve as their third clinic alongside their locations in Lititz and Georgetown, Del. This clinic is scheduled to open in May.
Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Lititz, CNS Occupational Health, LLC serves a range of industries with screening, testing, and compliance-focused medical services for employers of various sizes.
Jessica Gasper of Campbell Commercial Partners represented the landlord in this transaction. CNS Occupational Health, LLC was represented by Zach Walker of Sable Commercial Realty.
Campbell Commercial has served the Central Pennsylvania market for more than 40 years.
