Brewer flooring founder sells harrisburg business to local owners

Listen to this articleTodd Brewer, the founder and longtime owner of Harrisburg-based Brewer Flooring, announced the sale of his business to locals Mike Condran, Trish Condran and Shawn Gipe.
Launched in 1972, Brewer began the business as a residential flooring operation with his late father, but it evolved into focusing on commercial flooring over time. The sale of Brewer Flooring was finalized on May 14.
Previously, Condran was a regional president for Spectra Contract Flooring and Gipe worked as the sales manager, each with their employer for more than 20 years. The new owners express interest in growing Brewer Flooring organically as a customer-centric business that honors its past.
Brewer’s next step is retirement and spending time with his family. The business, located at 7540 Allentown Blvd in Harrisburg, is hosting an open house on Thursday, June 18 from 2:00–6:00 p.m. to celebrate Todd’s longtime leadership and introduce existing and new customers.
