APR Supply Co.
APR Supply Co., rooted in Lebanon with a corporate office in Lancaster, is a fourth-generation wholesale distributor of plumbing, HVAC, and industrial PVF products. CEO Scott Weaver leads 475 employees across 42 branch locations and 11 Oasis Kitchen & Bath Showrooms serving customers across three states.
The company was founded in 1922 as Lebanon Plumbing Supply Co. Mark Tice joined as an employee in 1934 and purchased controlling interest in 1947. His son Randy joined in 1971, and in 1982 the company was officially renamed APR Supply Co. under Randy and Sarah Tice’s ownership — less than one percent of family-owned businesses survive 100 years under the same family.
In 1990, Randy’s daughter Debbie and her husband Scott Weaver opened the Ephrata branch. Weaver was named president in 1996 and made APR one of the first wholesale distributors to offer online ordering. Under his leadership, “the company has doubled in size every five years.” In 2021, APR moved into a 350,000-square-foot central distribution center, and Brian Schlise was appointed president in May 2025 with Weaver continuing as CEO.
Community engagement is personal for Weaver, who annually cycles 257 miles in the Ride to End ALZ “in memory of my father,” helping raise over $1.1 million for Alzheimer’s research. During its centennial year in 2022, APR gave back 100 days of collective volunteerism. The company also supports Homes for Our Troops, building and donating homes for severely injured post-9/11 veterans.
