York storage facility offers temperature-controlled space
Storage Sense, along with Triple BAR Group, Triple Crown Corporation, and J.C. BAR Properties, has opened a self-storage facility in York.
The 21,731-square-foot facility has 242 heat temperature-controlled indoor storage units ranging from 5×5 to 15×15 feet and are equipped to handle various storage needs, including residential, business, and York College student storage, Storage Sense said.
The facility, located at 2537 East Market Street, is close to US-30 and I-83 and located near Super Shoes and Red Lobster.
Storage Sense – York – Marketplace offers heat temperature-controlled storage options which adds an extra layer of protection from extreme weather conditions, the company said.
The property uses smart keyless entry into storage with state-of-the-art technology. A physical key or passcode isn’t needed; storage unit doors can be unlocked from smartphone devices. Storage Sense said additional security includes 24/7 recording cameras.
Storage Asset Management (SAM), a full-service self-storage property management company, will oversee daily operations.
