The following liens were filed in Cumberland County by the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue

Lancaster Health Center and Welsh Mountain Health Centers completed their previously announced merger this month under the new name, Union Community Care.

The boards of two Lancaster County-based, Federally Qualified Health Centers approved a merger between the nonprofit organizations they say will help provide accessible, affordable and integrated care to Lancaster and Lebanon counties.

Lancaster Health Center named James Reichenbach chief mission advancement and community programs officer. Most recently, he was a consultant for strategic planning, client relations, fundraising and communications support. He has a bachelor’s degree from Penn State and a master’s degree from Walden University.

A veteran in the federally qualified health center space has joined Lancaster Health Center as its newest CEO and President.
