RETTEW Chief Financial Officer Scott MacNair has been appointed to the firm’s board of directors, the firm announced.
MacNair succeeds Jason Wert, whose term ended.
According to a release, MacNair as director will oversee the firm’s long-term financial health and ensure performance goals and objectives are achieved. He will also collaborate with the board chair and CEO on strategic goal setting, business policy development, and succession planning.
“Scott’s extensive financial expertise and proven track record will be invaluable assets to our board,” RETTEW President and CEO Clayton Bubeck said in a statement. “His deep understanding of our financial processes and his ability to analyze and interpret financial data to improve performance will play a crucial role in guiding RETTEW‘s future success.”
MacNair has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, including 12 years at RETTEW. As CFO, he has demonstrated expertise in improving financial operations and leading corporate administration teams. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Elizabethtown College and is affiliated with the American Institute of CPAs, Construction Financial Management Association, and Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.
RETTEW announced the reappointment of Bubeck and Jackie Walker, former CEO of Pacific Edge Diagnostics USA, to new terms on the board of directors.
An engineering consulting firm based in Lancaster County, RETTEW has offices located in Lancaster, Mechanicsburg, and eight other locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.
