A company called NetSource LLC has applied for a conditional use application to construct two 16-unit two-story buildings at 2810 E. Market. St. in Springettsbury Township. The proposed site is located behind Wendy’s and Arby’s restaurants, according to a legal notice posted on the township’s website.

A public hearing for the application will be held at 6:30 p.m. on March 28 at the Springettsbury Township Administration Building, 1501 Mt. Zion Road. The site is located in a mixed use zoning district, according to the notice.

Final approval for the project will be decided at a subsequent meeting, according to Jessica Fieldhouse, Springettsbury Township’s director of community development.

Roy Magac, NetSource’s president and CEO, confirmed the company’s preliminary plans to build an apartment complex at the proposed site, but declined to comment further.
