Penn Plaza shopping center sells for $2.2 million

‘s has sold for $2.2 million, Campbell Commercial Real Estate Inc. announced Tuesday.

The 82,500-square-foot retail complex is occupied by Ollie’s Bargain Outlet and Ninja Logic, with 35,000 square feet still available for lease.

The sale also included a stand-alone Dunkin’.

Larry Kostelac, of Campbell Commercial, worked on behalf of seller BSA Enterprises while Keith Kahlbaugh, of Bennett Williams Commercial, represented the buyer, The Trone Family Trust.
