Rosenberry has also withdrawn his name as a nominee for election as a director for the company’s annual meeting on the same date, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
He has served as a member of the board of directors since June 1997, according to a news release.
“For more than two decades, Greg has served Orrstown with honor, humility and distinction. His insight and experience have been invaluable to our board and to me, personally,” said Joel Zullinger, chairman of the board of directors.
Rosenberry’s notification indicated that there were no disagreements between him and Orrstown Bank in connection to his resignation, according to the SEC filing.
Shippensburg-based Orrstown Financial Services and its subsidiaries, Orrstown Bank and Wheatland Advisors Inc. have 28 locations in Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Perry and York counties, as well as in Washington County, Maryland. It has assets of $1.9 billion.
