Hollywood Casino at PN Race Course to unveil ESPN BET retail sportsbooks
Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course in Grantville and York will celebrate the grand opening of both properties’ ESPN BET retail sportsbooks.
A ribbon cutting event is scheduled for Saturday at 1 p.m.
“We’re thrilled to bring the excitement of ESPN BET to life with the launch of our new retail sportsbook,” Tony Frabbiele, vice president and general manager of Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course said in a statement. “This partnership combines the trusted ESPN brand with our world-class gaming and entertainment experience, creating a premier destination for sports fans to watch, wager, and win.”
The ESPN BET sportsbook at the Grantville property is located near the valet entrance and high limit room, and includes a full-service restaurant and bar, and more than 30 TVs across a 28-foot jumbotron. The York ESPN BET sportsbook is located just beyond the tables games area and features one of the area’s largest, high-definition, multi-screen video wall with bar and food service.
According to a release, the opening of the ESPN BET Sportsbook furthers brand connectivity between PENN Entertainment‘s retail casino and online sports betting platform.
“Our partnership with ESPN BET reflects our commitment to offering the very best to our guests,” said Shaun Williams, General Manager of Hollywood Casino York. “Whether you’re a seasoned bettor or just here to enjoy the atmosphere, this state-of-the-art sportsbook delivers the ultimate sports experience in a setting like no other.”
Launched in November 2023, ESPN BET is the official sportsbook of ESPN. ESPN BET is available for online sports betting in 19 jurisdictions. The ESPN BET sportsbook at Penn National Race Course and York properties are part of several branded retail locations scheduled to open across PENN properties in early 2025.
Located near Harrisburg, Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course features several entertainment options, including more than 1,700 slots, 50 table games, hybrid games, live thoroughbred and simulcast racing, concerts, the Sportsbook with a full-service restaurant and bar, and dining options.
