HB Global acquires Arizona HVAC company

Harrisburg-based HB Global LLC announced it has acquired , an HVAC company in Arizona.

Founded in 1997, the Tempe-based company is a provider of design, installation and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems throughout Arizona. It services various businesses and clientele, including commercial and retail spaces, high-rise buildings, student housing and healthcare facilities.

Spectrum consists of 150 employees and had revenues of $25 million in 2019. The purchase price was not disclosed.

, HB Global’s COO of commercial operations, said Spectrum will become the fifth division of the Harrisburg-based company, which also includes , , and and offers mechanical services like HVAC, plumbing and electrical installation. North Shore, based in Massachusetts, was acquired in July by HB Global.
