ranks 7th in the country for digital connectivity, offering top coverage, reliability, and fast speeds for travelers, according to a nationwide study of . 

The ranking by eSIM provider Holafly lists Harrisburg International Airport as one of the top spots for staying connected while traveling this summer. 

According to a release, Holafly analyzed mobile network coverage, speed, and reliability across America’s most popular networks (Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T) at across the country to see which offers passengers the best connection this busy travel season. They gave each airport a connectivity score out of 10 and ranked them from highest to lowest to reveal the top 10 airports for staying connected. 

Harrisburg International received a score of 8.25 out of 10. It is Pennsylvania’s third busiest airport, with perfect coverage and reliability scores while delivering more modest speeds of 201.3 Mbps that still handle social media, streaming and work tasks with ease, the release stated. 

Ohio’s Cleveland Hopkins International Airport tops the ranking with the highest connectivity score of 8.99 out of 10. Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International ranks second place at 8.76, and San Antonio International is third with 8.75. 

“The only thing worse than missing a flight, or being stranded due to a delay or cancellation, is having no connection and realizing you didn’t download the next episode of your favorite show or send that message,” a Holafly spokesperson said in a statement. “People-watching and daydreaming will only entertain you for so long, but these airports give passengers all the signal they need to keep scrolling in peace. 

“In 2025, maintaining signal is essential for travelers, whether this is to check flight updates, coordinate with family, or get work done during layovers. These findings reveal the airports where passengers can relax with excellent mobile connectivity and flawless coverage to stay connected and entertained on their travels.”
