Retail space in Lancaster‘s College Row near Franklin & Marshall College has been leased to Federal Donuts & Chicken.
TRUE Commercial Real Estate announced a new lease agreement with Federal Donuts & Chicken franchisee, Scott Eden, the founder and former owner of the recently sold Holy Hound Taproom in York.
According to a release, the lease was exclusively managed by Ben Chiaro, CCIM, and David Albright, both of TRUE Commercial Real Estate, in Lancaster.
Federal Donuts & Chicken is bringing the brand to Central Pennsylvania with this first flagship location at College Row in Lancaster. They have signed a long-term lease for a corner retail space at College Row, previously La Petite Patisserie. Their plans are to open by early 2026.
With its founders including James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs Chef Michael Solomonov and Steve Cook, Federal Donuts & Chicken offers donuts, fried chicken, and coffee. Chiaro, CCIM, and Albright are the tenant rep brokers of the Federal Donuts & Chicken franchisee and are seeking additional sites throughout Central Pennsylvania.
College Row is a mixed-use urban development that features approximately 50,000 square feet of retail and office space on the ground level, along with student housing for some 400 residents on the upper floors. Located on the Franklin & Marshall campus, it offers amenities and surface parking.
