Executive director of consulting firm Momentum resigns
The executive director of a Camp Hill-based IT and management consulting firm resigned last week, prompting the firm to elect its vice president to the position temporarily.
Scott Reilly, who served as executive director Momentum for six years, announced his departure Thursday, to focus on his own consulting firm, Affion Public. Affion’s clients include non-profits and government and education organizations.
Momentum Vice President Jennifer Oswald was named interim executive director Monday. The women-owned Momentum specializes in services such as management consulting, process improvement and project management.
“We are excited for Scott as he follows his passion and thank him for his leadership at Momentum,” Oswald said. “In the interim, we are excited about the 2020 Sales Plan and 2025 Strategic Plan and look forward to the growth of Momentum.”
Oswald will be acting as interim executive director until the firm decides on a permanent leader. She has worked at the firm since 2002 and helped Momentum grow from 20 employees to more than 60 in both Pennsylvania and Maryland, Momentum wrote in a press release.
Oswald was named one of the Central Penn Business Journal’s Woman of Influence in 2014.
