The Eden Resort & Suites has been named the 2025 Large Business of the Year award by the Northern Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce.
The award recognizes the hospitality leader’s significant contributions to the local business community, per a release.
“The team was overjoyed with even making it to the top three finalists considering the incredible list of participants, but winning the award was really overwhelming,” Eden Resort’s Managing Partner Stephen Sikking said in a statement. “The emotional rush we experienced when our name was called is hard to put into words. Personally, I’m most delighted for the incredibly hardworking team of over 400 employees who contributed over the years to the hotel’s success. They deserve this most of all.”
The award was presented at the Chamber’s annual Celebrating Excellence in Business Fall Dinner & Chamber Awards, celebrating the Eden Resort’s commitment to excellence in hospitality, community engagement, and workforce development throughout Lancaster County.
Along with serving as an employer in the Lancaster area, the Eden Resort helps support the community through American Red Cross blood drives, charitable auction donations, complimentary brunch for the fire department’s employee of the month, and support for local nonprofits, according to the release. The resort encompasses a full-service hotel, versatile event spaces, and celebrated dining venues including Bistro 2two2 and the Champagne Sunday Brunch.
“The hotel is home to many local events throughout the year including weddings, anniversaries, proms, sports award events, not to mention hundreds of local company meetings, seminars and training sessions,” Sikking said. “To many in the area, the Eden Resort is where you go to celebrate life’s favorite moments.”
