Central Penn College honoring Dauphin County as Business Partner of Year
Dauphin County is being honored Thursday by Central Penn College as “Business Partner of the Year.”
The theme for Central Penn College’s 20th annual breakfast and awards ceremony is “Partnering for a better tomorrow: The future of early talent acquisition.” The breakfast will be held in Central Penn College’s Conference Center from 8:30-10:30 a.m.
George Book, president and CEO of the West Shore Chamber of Commerce, will serve as the keynote speaker. Also being recognized are interns of the Year from the School of Business & Professional Studies and the School of Health Sciences, along with two Internship Site Coordinators of the Year.
Among those expected to be at the celebration are Dauphin County Commissioners George Hartwick, Justin Douglas and Mike Pries, Central Penn College President Dr. Linda Fedrizzi-Williams, and Steve Hassinger, director, Career Services at Central Penn College.
Founded in 1881 and located in Summerdale, Central Penn College offers associate, bachelor’s and master’s degrees, along with certificate and diploma programs in a variety of professional fields.
Central Penn partnered recently with LeadingAge PA of Mechanicsburg and Milton Hershey School.
