Harrisburg West Shopping Center has been sold, with its new owner renaming it South Hampden Shopping Center.

Dillsburg-based Presbyterian Senior Living has promoted Dan Davis to president and CEO effective Nov. 1, replacing James Bernardo, who’s retiring.

Talks regarding a merger between senior care groups Presbyterian Senior Living in York County and Westminster Communities of Florida in Orlando were canceled after the two parties decided they would prefer to move forward as independent organizations.

A faith-based senior care group in York County is exploring a merger with an organization of similar size in Florida.
