Lancaster County‘s real estate market exhibited missed results in November.
The November Housing Market Statistics for Lancaster County are distributed by the Lancaster County Association of REALTORS. The statistics offer a view of Lancaster County’s real estate market. This monthly report comes from the Association’s official database, courtesy of Bright MLS.
The report reveals new listings at 384, a 25.9% decrease from October’s total of 518, and a 0.8% increase over the 381 from November 2024. New pendings for November were 411, a 16.3% drop from 491 in October, and zero increase from this time last year.
November’s closed sales stood at 426, a decrease of 5.5% from 551 in October and an increase of 10.1% from 387 last November. The median sold price of $350,000 is a zero increase from October and a 2.9% increase over last November’s price of $340,000.
“The Lancaster County real estate market in November 2025 showed mixed trends,” Lancaster County Association of REALTORS President Michael Julian said in a statement. “While new listings and pendings decreased compared to October 2025, closed sales and median sold prices increased year-over-year.
“Active listings and average sold-to-list price ratios also showed positive growth compared to November 2024. Average days on market decreased, indicating faster sales. Overall, the market remains strong with steady year-to-date growth.”
