According to a release, the sale is subject to the seller’s confirmation as a turn-key business. The seller will continue to manage and operate the business until settlement to ensure a smooth transition to the purchaser.
The retirement auction is run by Millersburg’s Liddick Auction Services, Inc.
Located at 219-227 Market St., the property is minutes from historic Millersburg ferry boat(s), Riverfront Park, a golf course, wineries, and wedding venues.
Real estate, personal property, and the liquor license are included in the offering. The property consists of a 3-story building hosting a bar and restaurant on the main floor and guest rooms on the second and third floors, an 80-seat banquet room with access to the main kitchen, a separate business office Unit that is rented to a law office, and paved, off-street parking.
Personal property conveyed with the sale of the property include tables, chairs, bar stools, furniture, back bar equipment, blenders, ice bin, sinks, bottle coolers, cooking equipment, food prep equipment, ice machines, shelving, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezer, pots, pans, serving spoons, spatulas, china, stainless steel flatware, glassware, computers, printers, desks, chairs, point-of-sale system, and telephones.
Transfer of the liquor license and related inventory will be subject to the rules and regulations of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.
