Lancaster company names VP of Operations
Effective Oct. 1, Cory Winters will be promoted to Vice President of Operations at Lancaster-based Wenger Feeds Animal Nutrition, the company announced Monday.
According to a release, Winters will oversee all feed milling and feed hauling locations and activities. Winters has been with The Wenger Group for more than 20 years and most recently served as a Regional Manufacturing Manager. Winters has also managed the soy plant, the Rheems Mill, and the Mount Joy Mill.
“Cory is a well-respected leader within our organization,” Director of Operations Joel Sparks said in a statement. “His deep industry knowledge, passion, and dedication make him an invaluable asset to our team.”
A family-owned food, agricultural products, and agricultural services organization, the Wenger Group, Inc. offers animal nutrition and feeds; specialty protein production, processing, and marketing; on-farm protein production services; and grain, fertilizer, and ingredient procurement.
The Wenger Group, Inc. has 12 locations in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
