Harrisburg company acquires Poconos builder
The Harrisburg-based Parmer Group is expanding into the Pocono Mountain region with the acquisition of LTS Homes.
LTS has been a homebuilder in the Pocono Mountain region for more than 40 years. According to a release, LTS leaders Robert Weseloh and Lawrence Simon Jr. will remain in their positions to ensure continuity and drive future growth.
LTS was established in 1976 by Larry Simon. From 1976-2010, the company built more than 9,000 homes, and in 2010 completed its 10,000th home. LTS has earned numerous awards and in 2019 received the Builder Award for Best Residential Interior Design between 1,500 and 2,500 square feet by the Pocono Builders Association.
In 2023, LTS was recognized by PPL for Highest Average Savings for saving customers more energy than any other home builder in the category.
The acquisition of LTS Homes is the latest for The Parmer Group. In the past year, the company has acquired Delaware Valley Plumbing in King of Prussia, West End Hardware Supply Company in Voorhees, N.J., and Musser Home Builders in Dillsburg.
