Fulton Financial Corp. declares dividends
A quarterly cash dividend of 18 cents per share on Lancaster-based Fulton Financial Corporation‘s common stock was declared Wednesday by its Board of Directors.
The board of directors declared the dividend payable on April 15, 2025, to shareholders of record as of April 1, 2025.
According to a release, Fulton Financial Corporation also announced that the board declared a quarterly dividend of $12.81 per share on its Fixed Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A. It’s payable on April 15, 2025, to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2025, for the period from and including January 15, 2025, to but excluding, April 15, 2025.
