Dialysis center signs lease for West Lampeter medical building
A Colorado-based kidney dialysis center has signed a lease to come to a Lancaster County medical office building.
Renal Treatment Centers Mid Atlantic Inc., which does business as DaVita, signed a 7,620-square-foot lease at the Willow Valley Professional Building located at 226 Willow Valley Lakes Drive in West Lampeter Township. The 15,000-square-foot, two-story office building features other medical and professional offices, including Penn Medicine/Lancaster General Health and the newly opened VA Clinic.
DaVita has its corporate headquarters in Denver, Colo.
Kevin Hodge and Matthew Czaus of ROCK Commercial Real Estate in York represented the landlord, Willow Valley Associates Inc.

DaVita’s Renal Treatment Center adds another layer to the excellent healthcare already offered within the Willow Valley Lakes Business & Medical Center by Penn Medicine/Lancaster General Health, Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster, A&E Audiology, White Family Dental and many others.”
Founded in 2001, Rock is one of the largest commercial real estate companies in Central Pennsylvania, finishing 2018 with $158 million in sales and leases.
