As demand for senior housing continues to grow across the nation, DePreker’s focus is on guiding the firm’s senior living market strategy and working with clients and design partners across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions in which the firm operates.
Formerly of The Arbor Company, Artis Senior Living and HCR ManorCare, DePreker brings more than 26 years of experience in senior living across sales, marketing and operations for multi-community portfolios.
DePreker has a track record of improving occupancy rates, expanding brand presence, driving measurable revenue growth and building high-performance teams.
