Janak M. Amin is executive vice president and chief operating officer of Norwood Financial Corp. and Wayne Bank, roles he assumed in January 2026 following Norwood’s acquisition of PB Bankshares Inc. and the merger of Presence Bank into Wayne Bank.

Before the merger, Amin served as president and CEO of Presence Bank, a community bank headquartered in Coatesville, Chester County, from September 2019, overseeing four branches in Chester and Lancaster counties.

Prior to Presence Bank, he was CEO of LeTort Trust, co-president of Sunshine Bank in Florida and co-founder and president and CEO of Graystone Bank in Pennsylvania, having started his career at Giro Bank PLC in London.

Craig Best is chief executive officer of F&M Trust in Chambersburg, Franklin County, drawing on 43 years of banking experience to lead an institution marking its 120th anniversary this year.

Best said he has rarely encountered an organization that has achieved the kind of sustained progress F&M Trust represents, and he remains deeply committed to the principles of community banking, relationship cultivation and active engagement in the bank’s success.

In his role, Best works to sustain strong performance while upholding the institution’s obligations to employees, customers, shareholders and the communities it serves.

Looking ahead, Best identified cybersecurity as one of the most prominent risks shaping the industry, noting that as banking continues to migrate to online and digital platforms, institutions must remain vigilant and consistently implement preventive strategies “to protect confidential information and maintain its integrity.”

James Helt is president and CEO of ACNB Corporation in Gettysburg and brings 37 years of experience in the financial services industry.

“I am responsible for the general oversight of corporate activities to ensure the organization meets the strategic objectives established by the board of directors,” Helt said. “I focus on assembling a qualified team and providing employees with the tools needed to succeed in their roles.”

One of his key accomplishments is leading a 168-year-old locally owned financial institution supported by a dedicated team serving its communities, he said.

“I emphasize the organization’s continued ability to meet community needs while also delivering value to shareholders, and he credits the team for its performance and commitment,” Helt said.

His leadership philosophy is centered on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Adam L. Metz is CEO of Orrstown Bank in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, where 25 years of banking experience informs his leadership of the institution’s strategic direction across Pennsylvania and Maryland markets.

Metz took over as CEO on June 2, completing a succession the bank set in motion in February 2025, when it named him COO to succeed Thomas R. Quinn Jr.

Metz joined Orrstown in 2016 as chief lending officer and later served as chief revenue officer before becoming COO; he also took seats on the boards of the $5.6 billion-asset bank and parent Orrstown Financial Services Inc.

He said his most meaningful accomplishment has been guiding transformative growth through acquisitions and organic expansion while “maintaining a strong community banking identity” — building market presence without losing the culture that defines the bank.

His approach to leading through that growth is rooted in servant leadership, putting people first and creating conditions where others can succeed. “Success comes from aligning purpose, performance, and people around a shared vision,” Metz said.
