Yorktowne renovation could mean new apartments, demolition of 1957 addition

The Yorktowne Hotel’s renovation is on schedule to wrap up by the end of next year, with tentative plans calling for demolition of a 60-year-old addition to the hotel and the creation of up to 26 apartments and 100 to 120 hotel rooms.
