York, Perry counties added to spotted lanternfly quarantine (access required)

State officials have added York and Perry counties to a list of 26 Pennsylvania counties under quarantine to prevent the spread of the spotted lanternfly, an invasive pest that a recent study estimates could cost the state’s agriculture economy $99.1 million.
