York-based Inch & Co. has broken ground on its largest luxury multi-family community, 98 Penn Place.
98 Penn Place, 98 East Penn Drive, Enola, will have more than 400 multi-family units, more than 160 townhomes, a clubhouse with a resort-style pool, a double-story fitness center, a dog park and several outdoor community spaces, Inch & Co. said.
A groundbreaking was held Monday. 98 Penn Place is expected to begin taking reservations in late summer 2024 and be move-in ready by fall 2024.
“The community has really embraced this project in a big way. We’re ready to go full force and look forward to a very successful project,” said Jeff Inch, owner of Inch & Co.
