York developer breaks ground on $40M-plus facility

York-based Susquehanna Real Estate today broke ground on a more-than-$40-million mixed-use facility in downtown State College, Centre County.

York-based Susquehanna Real Estate today broke ground on a more-than-$40-million mixed-use facility in downtown State College, Centre County.

The Fraser Centre will boast a 53,000-square-foot movie theatre and 20,000 square feet of retail and office space. It will also include 54 condominiums and parking, according to Susquehanna.

The project is expected to take two years to complete.
