Wifinium, a -based provider of commercial-grade connectivity solutions, has announced a record-breaking year.

According to a release, the company’s growth in 2025 included a 65% year-over-year increase in company revenue, deepened partnerships with and , and expansion of high-growth industry verticals including hospitality, multi-dwelling unit (MDU), and municipalities.

has elevated its president, Kerem Bolukbasi, to CEO. The company’s CEO and Founder, John Dolmetsch, shifts to Chief Architect to provide technical depth and mentor the company’s next generation of engineers and architects, per the release.

Wifinium launched in 2024 as an independent company following a carve-out of the respected wireless division of Information Group by private equity firm, . Kerem was appointed president and began building the infrastructure of Wifinium, relying upon its reputation for providing wireless connectivity services to commercial and public sector clients.

“Given the success and advancement of the company since the investment last year, I have utmost confidence in transferring day-to-day management to Kerem,” Dolmetsch said in a statement. “My role will now evolve, allowing me to dedicate my energy entirely to my passion, which is advancing wireless network technology and architecture engineering.”

Milestones contributing to Wifinium’s success in 2025 include the following:

  • Ecosystem Building: Wifinium continues to strengthen its ecosystem of partners, including Comcast, Frontier Communications, and SBA Communications, to expand its market reach. A newly inked partnership with Slice Wireless Solutions resulted in an outdoor public project in southern Florida. Wifinium’s core role is focused on designing, deploying, and supporting robust wireless network infrastructure for clients.
  • Team and Operational Expansion: Earlier this year, Wifinium boosted its operational strength by acquiring Evolution Tech Solutions, a New York-based firm known for its work in the hospitality market. The addition of specialized network architects and field service engineers has enabled Wifinium to meet the increased demand of clients and their projects. Wifinium has also integrated AI-enabled automation tools to streamline its operations.
  • Expansion of High-Growth Industry Verticals
    • Hospitality: Wifinium has grown its footprint in the hospitality sector by winning new contracts for resort projects, including a new engagement with one of the largest hotel and vacation property chains in the world. The company is also increasing its reach into the amusement park sector including key work with one of the largest theme park operators in North America.
    • Municipalities and Smart Cities: Wifinium’s smart city initiative in the City of York and involves city, county, and involvement, with a focus on increasing safety across the region. Municipal projects include deployment of public WiFi for parks and indoor spaces and delivering affordable and reliable broadband services across the community.
    • MDU: The MDU space, covering managed WiFi and connectivity services, is a major focus for the company’s future growth. Wifinium is working closely with companies such as Roers, Bluestream, and Broadway Street, to provide excellent connectivity for residents at these properties.
