Wifinium, a York-based provider of commercial-grade connectivity solutions, has announced a record-breaking year.
According to a release, the company’s growth in 2025 included a 65% year-over-year increase in company revenue, deepened partnerships with technology and telecom companies, and expansion of high-growth industry verticals including hospitality, multi-dwelling unit (MDU), and municipalities.
Wifinium has elevated its president, Kerem Bolukbasi, to CEO. The company’s CEO and Founder, John Dolmetsch, shifts to Chief Architect to provide technical depth and mentor the company’s next generation of engineers and architects, per the release.
Wifinium launched in 2024 as an independent company following a carve-out of the respected wireless division of Business Information Group by private equity firm, Initium Management. Kerem was appointed president and began building the infrastructure of Wifinium, relying upon its reputation for providing wireless connectivity services to commercial and public sector clients.
“Given the success and advancement of the company since the investment last year, I have utmost confidence in transferring day-to-day management to Kerem,” Dolmetsch said in a statement. “My role will now evolve, allowing me to dedicate my energy entirely to my passion, which is advancing wireless network technology and architecture engineering.”
Milestones contributing to Wifinium’s success in 2025 include the following:
“Our goal at Wifinium is to double the business again, projecting consistent growth for the next three years,” said Bolukbasi. “Looking forward, our performance will be powered by continued investment in key growth verticals as well as investing in the technical capabilities of our people and continuing to adopt new technologies that enable our partners to provide affordable connectivity solutions to their end-users.”
With millions of square feet of networks under supervision and tens of thousands of devices monitored 24/7 by its 100% U.S.-based Network Operations Center engineers, Wifinium serves clients across North America with partners and clients on the Northeast United States and a growing client concentration in the Southeast.
