The YoCo Strong Restart Fund – developed in partnership with the York County Commissioners, York Economic Alliance, and Community First Fund – will provide $10 million for small business and $4 million for nonprofits. The application window closes at 11:59 p.m. Sept. 11.
The grants will be as high as $35,000, depending on revenue size. All applications will be reviewed equally once the application window shuts.
Eligible businesses are those with annual revenues of $3 million or less and 50 or fewer full-time equivalent employees (or 75 full-time equivalent employees for restaurants).
Eligible nonprofits are those with annual revenues of $3 million or less and 75 or fewer full-time equivalent employees. They also must be 501©(3) or 501©(19) organizations.
The money can be used for payroll costs, working capital, rent and utility payments, and COVID-19-related expenses.
