The transition will happen Wednesday, according to the announcement.
The YCDC has provided affordable housing in York for 15 years and is awaiting the groundbreaking for George Street Commons, its fifth project in the city, the announcement stated.
The housing alliance has nearly 30 years of experience providing housing counseling services to York County residents, according to the statement.
The agencies have been operating under a single management team and with a merged board of directors since fall 2011.
