New Jersey-based Woodmont Industrial Partners, one of the owners of the Capital Logistics Center in Lower Swatara Township, this week announced a lease with The Clark Group Inc. for the remaining space at 400 Capital Lane.

The Clark Group, a New Jersey-based logistics provider for print media, is leasing 103,217 square feet in the building. The term is for three years and four months, according to Woodmont.

The Capital Logistics Center, which is near Harrisburg International Airport, consists of six buildings totaling 1.55 million square feet.

The logistics firm has a Dauphin County facility that it is closing Aug. 7, according to its website. The new facility will start receiving freight on Aug. 10.

The building at 400 Capital Lane was recently renovated as part of an industrial park overhaul that began shortly after Woodmont and partner AEW Capital Management LP acquired the complex.
