Lancaster-based Wohlsen Construction Co. named Matthew J. Whipple vice president of risk management and senior counsel. He will lead compliance, risk mitigation and insurance administration. He was director of risk management. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and William and Mary Law School. Roger Ball was named vice president of construction quality. He will lead performance enhancements related to quality control and workflows throughout all phases of a project. He was vice president of construction for the Delaware Valley Region and has worked in the Mid-Atlantic construction market for over 31 years. He has a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University and an MBA from Cornell University.Â
